Originally delivered to Jet Airways in 2008 under the registration VT-JCM, this aircraft boasts a rich and storied history that spans India and captivates imaginations. With the Manufacturer Serial Number (MSN) 793, this particular aircraft played a significant role in regional aviation before embarking on its next chapter.

Designed as a regional turboprop airliner, the ATR 72-500 served Jet Airways faithfully until its operations ceased in April 2019 due to financial insolvency. Despite plans for its transfer to Voepass in Brazil, the aircraft's journey took a different path, ultimately leading to its grounding in Toulouse and subsequent storage as M-ABMD.

However, rather than fading into obscurity, this aircraft found new life through Aviationtag's commitment to sustainability and innovation. In 2023, after years of service and storage, the ATR 72-500 was eventually scrapped, marking the end of its aviation journey. Yet, from its remnants emerged a remarkable opportunity for preservation and reinvention.
