An exceptional small Hybrid Diesel 28VDC GPU APA-10 for business jets and helicopters. APA-10 specially designed for operation on diesel and Jet fuel. It is an excellent solution for providing 28,5V for helicopter facilities and aviation training centers. APA-10 is hybrid type GPU, equipped with diesel engine for continuous power and batteries for engine starting mode. Lightweight and maneuverable unit is perfect for indoor and outdoor usage. Its relatively small size and extreme agility allows bringing the rectifier to any desired position. The elegant casing is made out of composite material, providing it long life and comfort to the user. The intuitive interface is user-friendly, making the GPU easy to control. Equipped with highly durable chassis and mechanical breaking system, this GPU is well prepared for heavy duty and harsh conditions.

The Ultra Green Power Solution Diesel engine driven GPU series APA is designed to reduce CO2 emissions with its unique technical characteristics.

Compatible fuel types* - Jet fuels with lower lubricity characteristics will prematurely wear FIE and engine components. Therefore, FIE parts are not covered under our standard warranty.
Peak amps** - 2000A is a theoretical instant short circuit current across the battery terminals. The maximum amperage that will be delivered by the GPU to the aircraft’s external power connection is significantly reduced due to cable length, cable size and duration of power. If using Jet A1, JP8 or similar, some loss of power will occur compared to diesel due to jet fuel’s lower calorific value.
